SUV on roof

flipped_SUV The officers appear to be staring at someone still trapped in the SUV. There is no word on how this accident occurred. But given the state of the SUV the driver must have been driving really quickly.
The wrong slam of the brakes or a nudge into another car would have been enough to cause the flip.
