Accidents are caused by either natural mistakes (maybe a tree fall on you), mistakes from the other driver ( he decides to run into you), or mistakes entirely of your own doing.
As this driver will no doubt agree, in this case it’s mostly his fault.
Eye problem might be one of the reasons of this accident. The bridge doesn’t have anything to do with it, it’s stationary…
