Night crash
Visibility at night has always been an affecting issue and this might be the reason behind this car crash.
I wonder if the man who the cop is talking to is a spectator or the driver.
I would seriously prefer it if is the latter. It would mean that the driver a least escaped unhurt.
Although there are two cars pictured on the scene, i don’t think the second car contributed to the accident.
It appears to merely be an unfortunate victim.
