Car Swipes Bike
This is an accident involving a car but the car is not the injured party.
A lady who was out riding a bike is reported to have been swiped by the pictured car.
Luckily she didn’t suffer any serious injuries but she did have to be attended to by paramedics.
The driver of the car is said to have been extermely remorseful.
No mention was made of whose fault the accident was.
Looks like it’s not a good day for the lady to enjoy her bike. Even if who was at fault was not mentioned, maybe cops would still blame it on the car driver. Or it’s still possible, it’s the lady’s fault that’s why driver was remorseful. Either way, one of them was at fault. This should serve as a lesson to bike riders, they should stay on their part of the road.
