Whatever the reason this car makes a splashing effect with this picture. More likely the car was accidentally driven over the pier to the right.
It doesn’t look like there is anyone still seated inside.
In the end I expect the car to sink. But in the improbable scenario that it doesn’t, there is no telling where it will end up.
My money is on Brazil.
Probably just wants to dive and splash. Even the dog is concerned hehehe
