Careless driving
Lassie would not approve.
This accident occured at night and so maybe the driver can be forgiven for driving so carelessly. It could so easily have been worse.Another car on the side. A large wall. And the onlookers would have been staring at an entirely different story.
So right, if there was another car on the road, this would look severe. I guess driver was still lucky.
