When Rock and Roll Lived
When I think about the old time Rock and Roll of the 50′s and 60′s I think of greasers with white T-shirts in rolled up packs of camels in the sleeves. It was the era when poodle skirts and schoolhouse dancers were as common as apple pie and the King. It takes me back to a time when old cars were as cool as they were easy to destroy. There wasn’t as muchroad safety in those days and drag racing was a weekly exhibition. Although it’s not so easy to see where the maimedcar begins or where it ends there’s no doubt that this drag race ended in a real personal drag of its own.
