if u really look at it the windsheild is broken out n the side window 2. also it looks like that there was some stuctural damage if u look at the center post of the truck.

I rolled my car once, and I got stuck up in my seat without a seatbelt. (20 years ago)
My dad had to remove one bent piece, then he rolled it over and drove it home. No dents or anything noticable.
