Car Kisses Tree
I have a funny feeling about this picture. It honestly doesn’t look like hitting this tree is what caused all this damage. My speculation is this car went through a few other bang ups before impacting this tree. Was it a wild car chase? Was it a crazy drunk driver? Was it a reckless teenager? Who knows, but I am sure these trees are tired of getting hurt. That’s why every now and then they retaliate. Did all of that damage happen in one day? Probably. I wonder what vehicle, if any other, was involved in creating this mess.
For the record this is a “Renault”
I have to agree even a car that small couldn’t possibly have that much damage by a meager sapling and if so I’d suggest a recall could that be the windshield in the branches and most certainly someone was hurt pretty badly in such a major crash if that’s a kiss there must have been a great deal of tounge for sure

They leave wrecked cars at the side of the road as a stark warning to others.
Looks to me like the roof has been cut off to allow removal of the driver/passengers.
You can see by the grass that its been there a while.
